SOUTH CAROLINA – Michael Slager, 33, has been charged with murder after this video emerged of him shooting Walter Lamer Scott, 50, in the back as he was running away from the North Charleston police officer. The US Department of Justice is also going to launch an investigation. The video was posted by The New York Times.
